Kevin
Lee
Managing Director, Calastone Limited
Kevin Lee is joint-founder and Managing Director of Calastone Limited with overall
responsibility for developing the commercial proposition of the Calastone Transaction
Network, the independent transaction network for the mutual funds industry. Kevin
is responsible for the company’s domestic and international relationships with regulatory
and industry bodies, fund providers, fund distributors, legal advisors, asset managers,
discretionary fund managers, third parties, financial intermediaries and other key
third parties such as SWIFT.
Kevin’s career encompasses expertise in financial services and marketing, having
built a reputation for developing new businesses and expanding existing ones. Prior
to joining Calastone, Kevin was Sales Director at SolutionForge. His remit was overall
responsibility for sales and marketing of all FIX.NET service products, and building
relationships with sell-side brokers and buy-side institutions including hedge funds.
His time at SolutionForge also included the expansion of a new office in Madrid
and the sale of the company to SimCorp.
Prior to working in financial services, Kevin enjoyed a successful career in senior
positions in the automotive industry.

Terry
Williams
Chairman, Calastone Limited
Terry Williams brings a wealth of financial services and technology expertise to Calastone born from a career spanning more than
thirty years of global product and service innovation. In the early 1970’s, Terry founded Wilco, the computer
services company offering open systems technology for the back office and modern development techniques for its ‘Gloss’
trading and settlement system. Terry was responsible for positioning Wilco as a global market leader and in 1996,
Wilco was acquired by ADP Inc. Terry was appointed Chairman and CEO and under his leadership, ADP Wilco grew to
employ more than 700 staff worldwide with revenues exceeding $100m.
From 2002 to 2008, Terry was instrumental in helping Coexis Limited become a leading provider of technology solutions
for the global securities markets assisting the deployment of company’s flagship ‘Syn~’ software into global financial
institutions. Under Terry's leadership, Coexis was ranked among the top 100 fastest growing private technology
companies in the UK in the 2008, The Sunday Times Microsoft Tech Track 100 league.

Ken
Tregidgo
Business Development Director, Calastone Limited
Ken Tredidgo joined Calastone in 2008 as Development Director with responsibility
for the firm’s corporate strategy. Ken brings a wealth of experience in business
and technology transformation within the Financial Services industry. Ken joined
Calastone from a three year tenure at Atos Euronext Market Solutions (AEMS), where
he was Global Head of Strategy and Business Development. Ken’s responsibilities
included strategy, business development and business management across the Exchange,
Clearing & Settlement and Capital Markets business units.
Prior to AEMS, Ken was with the Instinet Group for five years. His roles included
Chief Operating Officer for Instinet International, when he was responsible for
Instinet’s European Agency Brokerage Business; Chief Operating Officer for Instinet
Europe; and Head of Strategy and Planning for Instinet Group.
Prior to Instinet, Ken spent five years in similarly strategic positions with Merrill
Lynch including Head of Architecture for the Corporate and Institutional Client
Group, and Head of Global Derivatives Technology. In the former role, Ken developed
complete front-to-back technology as well as process and data architectures for
the global equity and debt businesses.
Ken’s early career included placements at SBC Warburg, Chase Manhattan Bank and
Logica Ltd. He received a B.Sc. in physics from Imperial College, London and holds
a D.Phil in Atomic Spectroscopy from Oxford University.

Ian
Taylor
Chief Operating Officer, Calastone Limited
Ian is a joint-founder of Calastone and Chief Operating Officer. Ian is responsible
for the day-to-day business operations including capital allocation, project delivery,
process improvement and customer service. Ian’s previous experience of the development
and roll-out of the Financial Information eXchange (FIX) Protocol into equity markets,
led him to recognise the significant inefficiencies associated with the trading,
settlement and general administration of mutual funds. From this realisation, Calastone
was born.
Prior to starting Calastone in 2007, Ian worked as an independent consultant for
a number of sell-side brokers, asset managers and market vendors for a period of
four years. His expertise focused primarily on building electronic trading propositions
and the management of their delivery.
From 1990 to 2003, Ian worked for Allianz Global Investors, Banc of America Securities
and Insight Investment in senior IT and business roles. During these tenures, Ian’s
primary focus was to rationalise business processes for diverse business units across
different geographical regions, in order to improve operational performance and
reduce operational risks.
Ian’s early career included work for American Express and BT as an IT project manager
on several large scale re-engineering change programmes, based in both the US and
Europe. He has a Post Graduate Diploma in Computing for Commerce and Industry from
the Open University.

Campbell
Brierley
Chief Information Officer, Calastone Limited
Campbell Brierley is a joint-founder of Calastone where he is both Head of Development
and Chief Technology Officer. Campbell has overall responsibility for the development
of Calastone’s innovative transaction network for the mutual fund industry.
Campbell has worked in the financial IT industry for more than 18 years, spearheading
the development and implementation of back, middle and front-office systems. Prior
to joining Calastone, he worked as an independent consultant and developed various
algorithm-based applications. He also used these systems himself as an active day
trader in Hong Kong.
Prior to this, Campbell spent five years at Credit Lyonnais Securities Asia (CLSA)
where he was responsible for the development, global roll-out and management of
a front-office Order Management System (OMS), which connected to the majority of
Asian exchanges for CLSA, mostly for the first time. The majority of his development
work has involved messaging technologies and communications platforms, predominantly
SWIFT and latterly FIX.
Campbell’s career has also included application support and development placements
at Jardine Fleming, the Hong Kong investment bank, Credit Suisse Financial Products,
Bank of America and Lloyds Bank. He has a degree in Applied Physics and is qualified
in a multitude of computer languages and applications.
