CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER & DEPUTY CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Ahsan joined Calastone in 2021 as Chief Financial Officer. In his role as CFO & Deputy CEO Ahsan is responsible for managing all financial and strategic activities of the business.

Before joining Calastone, Ahsan was a Managing Director and Co-head of the Technology Investment Banking Coverage team for Barclays in EMEA. Over the last 15 plus years Ahsan has advised institutional clients across the financial technology, market infrastructure and asset management space with a particular focus on fund distribution and WealthTech.

Prior to Barclays, Ahsan spent a number of years at Rothschild in London and Paris and started his career at Ernst & Young where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant.
