Role Purpose
The Agile Delivery Lead (“ADL”) will manage the iterative delivery of software development projects aligned with product roadmaps within the Calastone Agile Methodology. Working alongside the various engineering team leads, the ADL will assist in the co-ordination, planning, delivery and reporting of work across Calastone’s Engineering teams, providing cross-team liaison as required.
The ADL will primarily be involved in the planning and reporting of Agile projects, with responsibility for leading, enabling and encouraging Agile practices, maintaining hygiene of associated artifacts, and other activities as required to deliver projects successfully. The role requires close collaboration with the wider team to understand resource obligations, dependencies and risks to ensure achievable, predictable delivery goals can be met.
The ADL will be responsible for facilitating and ensuring the effective implementation of the Scrum framework within our development teams. This role requires a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and the ability to foster a collaborative and productive environment.
