Implementation Analyst, Asia-Pacific (Hong Kong) ______

Role Purpose

 The purpose of this role is to onboard clients to Calastone through a process of analysis and testing with specific focus on the Asia-Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supports analysis, testing and project coordination for allocated projects, across all Calastone products and services.
  • Responsible for pipeline management and scheduling of work for both client and internal projects, with guidance and support.
  • Supports the delivery of projects.
  • Identifies issues and ensures they are tracked and resolved.
  • Documents test packs and supports the documentation of other business-technical information as required.
  • Troubleshoots Calastone’s systems methodically and effectively in order to resolve project issues.
  • Dealing with a large number of external stakeholders, with support provided where necessary.
  • This role will be based in Hong-Kong, although occasional business travels in the region will be required.

Technical Knowledge

The technical knowledge required for the Client Delivery function as a whole includes but is not limited to:

  • In house mapping languages
  • SQL server
  • Industry messaging protocols, including: FiX, ISO15022, ISO20022, XML, JSON, CSV
  • Microsoft office suite
  • Salesforce
  • Software development lifecycle in an Agile environment

The relevant level of knowledge is as follows:

  • Working knowledge of one of more areas relating to their role.
  • The specific area of knowledge required within each position will depend on the project work assigned. 

Business Knowledge

The business knowledge required for the Client Delivery function as a whole includes but is not limited to:

  • Roles and actors involved within funds distribution
  • Functions within a fund management company
