Role Purpose
Client Servicing within Relationship Management is responsible for servicing and retaining Calastone clients, streamlining and improving clients’ administrative queries and assisting in the delivery of Calastone’s client strategy.
High Level Objectives
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through strong relationship management.
- Identify cross/up sell opportunities for specified product solutions.
- Work in partnership with internal teams to become our clients’ trusted business partners.
- Contribute to building the Calastone brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Liaison – email, phone calls and meetings if required.
- Operational / technical queries – production related queries, liaising with Calastone Operations and Client Delivery.
- Coverage checks – orders, reporting, dividends, transfers
- Contracting – resolving questions from clients with our Calastone legal team.
- Invoice queries – billing, chasing outstanding invoices.
- Service reviews – creating PPT deck, pulling Management Information data, checking invoice status.
- Project liaison
- Marketing – distributing marketing material and periodic communication with clients.
- Escalate to Calastone executives when necessary.
- Ensure smooth and efficient client on-boarding, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Meter client relationship and service efforts and use of Calastone resources.
- Accountable for the quality, accuracy & timeliness of defined client data on Salesforce.
- Develop strong and open working relationships with internal stakeholders including Management, Sales & RM, Operations, Client Delivery, Marketing, Legal, Finance & Development.
- Identify areas of potential business growth and present within our Sales & RM processes.
Required Knowledge & Experience
- Good communicator and relationship management.
- An understanding of the Calastone business as well as the funds industry, fund trading and the role and strategic objectives of industry participants, such as distributors, fund managers, service providers, custodians, market structures and regulatory framework.

- Business Level written and spoken English (essential) and European languages (desirable).
