Marketing Executive – Campaigns and Events ______

The role-holder will assist the marketing team in the planning and delivery of the annual marketing plan with specific focus on campaigns and events.

Campaigns and events

  • Directly assist Europe/US and Money Market Services annual marketing planning process
  • Planning and delivering high quality campaigns and events, front-to-end (planning, delivery, measurement) using multiple channels including email marketing, website content and social media
  • Work closely with Product, Sales and Marketing counterparts to agree and produce content for campaigns and events
  • Researching events, partnerships and sponsorship opportunities
  • Write design briefs for campaigns, event assets and stand design
  • Onsite event management including stand set up, staff management, liaising with customers and suppliers
  • Plan and deliver proprietary events and exhibitions with regional marketing lead. Includes acting as primary internal staff liaison and accountable for writing communication materials and event briefing packs; collating reports and contacts; staff registration and coordinating travel; sending materials to and from events, branding and promotional items
  • Research venues and resourcing items and suppliers for all events
  • Report on campaigns and events, evaluate their effectiveness against goals
  • Take accountablity for lead track tracking and chasing for all campaigns, working closely with Digital Marketing and Sales teams

 

General Marketing Support & Management Reporting

  • Monitor, track and follow up on leads using web, email, event data and enquiries. Feed relevant leads into sales pipeline by adding information into Salesforce while continually monitoring and reporting on the leads status

 

Knowledge & Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years B2B marketing experience in campaigns and events, financial services experience is useful, but not essential
  • Proficiency with marketing automation systems such as Pardot/Salesforce and WordPress
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and InDesign is advantageous, but not essential
  • European language is preferred, but not essential
