As a technology company we recognise the lack of gender diversity in tech and also more widely across the industry we serve. We proudly helped establish the Women in Asset Servicing network – a network dedicated to promoting opportunities in asset servicing for women and making our industry more diverse and representative of the investors who use it.
Other initiatives include our Women in Technology programme, where we provide the opportunity for women to access and gain experience and learn from our own application of the latest and most exciting modern technology.
Diversity continues to be a focus for the Our people, internal network, who regularly run programmes and events to share, educate and discuss all aspects of diversity including gender, age, religion, racial and sexual orientation.
