The outbreak of Covid-19 poses significant challenges for businesses and communities worldwide.

As we continue to monitor this rapidly evolving situation, I wanted to share the steps we have taken at Calastone and provide assurance that you can continue to rely on the support of our team and the services that you receive from us.
As of 16th March, we seamlessly moved to a fully remote working model enabling all of our global team to work from their homes.
In a further effort to support the international efforts to ‘flatten the curve’ I have asked our client facing teams to manage all client interaction through digital channels, through which I am confident we can continue to provide the support and high service levels that you have come to expect from us. We have also postponed all in-person events, and over the coming weeks and months we will instead be hosting a full programme of digital events and discussions.
While this episode will test us all, great creativity and innovation often comes from times of adversity. We are here to support you, and in the coming days we will be sharing practical information and guidance to help as you operate through this challenging time.
