Calastone believes in making funds accessible to everyone. Our mission is to reduce the frictional cost of trading using smart technology solutions and industry collaboration, lowering operational risk and enhancing client profitability through digitisation and automation.

Our Culture

There are a variety of opportunities available at Calastone. From a technical career in IT or operations, to creative roles in marketing, we pride ourselves on the diverse population of individuals that exist within our workplace. Supporting our communities

We are passionate in our support for local and national charities.

Throughout the year, we organise a number of fundraising events and activities. Each charity is nominated and selected by members of the Calastone team, enabling us to make a difference to many worthwhile causes.

Since 2011, we have hosted the annual Calastone Funds Industry Charity Shield, a 5-a-side football tournament. Teams take part in this half day tournament from across the UK Funds Industry, including a team of our own. To date we are proud to have raised over £83,000 for many worthwhile causes.

Supportive: our dedicated client delivery, quality assurance and operations teams ensure that our clients are fully supported from the start of their relationship with us. Our support teams are available 24 hours a day 5.5 days per week providing on-call support. Our devotion to support is equally important internally, where we believe that nurturing the individual needs of our staff is essential for shared success and a productive working environment.

What do our employees like best about working at Calastone?

Becky, Relationship Manager (Hong Kong) – 
I work on the Asia team as a Client Relationship Manager. It has been an exciting journey since joining Calastone in 2013, when we had only a handful of clients. Now we are the leading STP provider in all 3 of our active markets in Asia. One thing I love about Calastone are our team activities – every day at 4pm in the HK office, we do a daily 5 minute workout where everyone gets up and does a series of exercise led by one of us. Everyone goes back to their desks feeling refreshed or sometime out of breath.“
