    Philip Kalus is founder and managing partner of accelerando associates, a boutique consultancy exclusively advising asset managers worldwide on all aspects of European fund distribution, client engagement, communication and proposition management.

    Philip has more than 27 years of experience in the asset management industry internationally. Before setting up Accelerando Associates in 2004, Philip worked in European fund sales in London as well as in investment manager selection and portfolio management in Germany. He has published numerous articles in the European asset management media and is a recognized thought leader on European fund distribution.

    Henning Swabey

    Head of Continental Europe, Calastone

    Henning Swabey joined Calastone in 2017 and is responsible for defining and implementing the business development strategy for Continental Europe.

    Prior to joining Calastone, Henning held a number of senior roles with RBC where he developed their Investor & Treasury Services businesses in the European Union and Asia-Pacific.

    Henning speaks six languages. He began his career at Euroclear in Belgium, where he managed key clients across multiple geographies.

    Louis is the Sales & Relationship Manager for Calastone covering France, Benelux and the Nordics. He has over 30 years of experience in the Financial and Sales sector. He started his career as a bond trader at Kredietbank after which he opened his own business then became business development manager for the start-up online trading platform Internaxx followed by 11 years in sales in the financial data and regulatory space at KNEIP.
