Chief Technology Officer
Caroline joined Calastone in 2025 as Chief Technology Officer, having previously led the Global Investor and Distribution Solutions (GIDS) operating model at SS&C.
She brings extensive senior leadership experience across technology, operations and transformation in the asset and wealth management sector. Prior to joining SS&C, Caroline held Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer roles at Brooks Macdonald. She has also served as Group Chief Technology Officer at FNZ and Travelex, where she led global technology, digital and change teams.
Caroline is a former chair of the UK Investment Association’s Technology Forum, where she worked with industry peers, regulators and government to shape policy and drive regulatory change in support of the asset and wealth management industry.
